I had a mostly positive experience at this hotel, with an amazing ambiance and comfortable rooms that exceeded my expectations. The location is great—close to Oxford Street yet surprisingly quiet. However, there were some issues with limited dining options, and the Wi-Fi could be more reliable. Overall, it offers good value for money.
